The iContracts Contract Core module is used to enter and maintain master data including Customers, Products, Contracts, GL Codes, and Class of Trade. The Contract Core module also provides access for maintaining users and application settings, as well as running interfaces.
The module’s navigation menus provide the following options: Customer Maintenance, Product Maintenance, Id Maintenance, Interfaces, Admin.
Note: Additional options may be available via separate subscription and include Non-Contracted Sales, State Reporting, 340B Validation, and Suspicious Chargeback Monitoring.
The main Contract Core screen provides a Task Automation List (TAL) of open items that need to be worked on. This screen also provides a summary of master data and a summary of interfaces that were run in the last 48 hours.

Summary Details & Recent Interface Transmissions
Summary Details
The Contract Core module displays system summary information, including records detailing the total number of each customer type, total number of contracts (both direct and indirect) and how many products are currently in the environment.
Totals can be seen for BUYING GROUP, PURCHASER and VENDOR type customers, as well as CONTRACTS, STATE MEDICAID PROGRAMS, and PRODUCTS under the SUMMARY section.
Recent Interface Transmissions
In addition to summary details, the Contract Core module also displays details on all interfaces processed within the last 48 hours under RECENT INTERFACE TRANSMISSIONS.
These records include the timestamp, interface name, user alias that performed the interface action, and total number of records input/loaded via interface file.
If an interface was loaded via python script, these transmissions will also appear, but may be listed under a “testbatch” or “batch” username.
