How do external users access and use Zendesk?

MMIS clients (Zendesk end users) are able to log directly into our Support desk help center to review FAQ articles, create and update tickets, review ticket status and history.
- Log into the MMIS Zendesk help desk portal https://mmis.zendesk.com/hc/en-us .
- If you have never logged in before, enter your username and a password of your choosing, the system will prompt you to create a password once you submit to login.
- Select the ‘Requests’ from the drop down under your username in the upper right corner of the page.
- The Requests page will appear with three tabs: My requests, Requests I’m CC’d on, Organization requests. This will allow you to see items pending your reply as well as those awaiting action from development.
- The 'Status' filter allows "Any", "Open", "Awaiting your reply"(pending), "Solved".
- The 'Search requests' fields allows for free text search.
If you are only able to see requests you have submitted and are looking for other requests within your organization - please reach out to support to request we expand your access to all requests from your organization.
