- I don't want (myself or someone else) to receive MediSpend product maintenance or training webinar emails any longer.
- I don't want (myself or someone else) to receive other MediSpend marketing emails any longer.
- How do I opt out of MediSpend emails?

Product maintenance emails:
- Are sent to active MediSpend production users. The emails stop once a Client Admin deactivates a production environment user profile.
- The Client Admin should submit special requests to the support desk (i.e. Only send to users with Client Admin role or only send to 5 specific people)
- Please note same day requests will not take effect for 48-72 hours.
Training webinar emails:
- For Clients whose production sites have not been implemented, the MMIS | MediSpend Implementation Managers will establish email recipients as part of their discussions.
- For Clients with active production sites, the Client Admin should submit requests to the support desk, i.e. Only send to users with Client Admin role or Do not send to anyone except these 5 users.
Marketing/Compliance emails:
- Users should select the ‘Unsubscribe’ link included at the bottom of any of these emails.
- Users should submit request to Support desk if their 'unsubscribe' action was unsuccessful.
Please note same day requests will not take effect for up to 72 hours.
