CMS: Delays in Publication

Question - 

How do I remove the delay in publication for a previously submitted record to ensure it is reported on this years report?

OR

If a record was set to 'delay in publication' last year, do I need to do it again this year?

Answer -

A request for a delay in publication must be renewed each year.

If the record was submitted in a prior year and the request is not renewed each year by the end of the data submission period, the record will automatically be flagged for publication in the next publication cycle.
