Updating the PHS Contract

The PHS Pricing is calculated during the Quarterly Calculation. When the Quarterly Calculation is ready to be finalized, on the finalize screen there is a button called 'PHS CONTRACT UPDATE.' This button allows you to update the PHS price on the PHS contract within the iContract system. 
There are a couple reports that you may run to view the PHS price that was calculated for a quarterly calculation as well as viewing the PHS price on the PHS contract.

Available Reports

• PHS Quarterly Trending - this report will pull the PHS price that was calculated for a particular quarterly calculation
• Contract Pricing All - this can be used to pull the PHS price on the PHS contract in iContracts.
