Pro Tip: Using 'Find in Audit Message

One feature that is helpful with researching issues is to use Interface History. 

To search  the interfaces history, go to Contract Core > Interfaces > Interface History

The 'Find in Audit Message' field allows you to search for specific data in the Interface Audit messages.

One example is searching for a rebate in the AR file.  

Select ACCOUNTRECEIVABLES for the ‘Interface Name’ and enter the Rebate Id you are searching for in the ‘Find in Audit Messages’ field. Then click Go.

Click the orange dots at the end of the Audit Message field to get the details.

You can also search for Debit Memo numbers in the Chargeback interface.

The user will need the role INTERFACES or INTERFACES_READ_ONLY to access this option.
