Question -
In the Engagement Manager Contracts module, a record was created with service type 'Standard FFS' in error, instead of service type 'No compensations'.
Can I Change the Contract Fee for service type?
Answer -
Once the contract is created and saved, these fields are locked from modification. To resolve this:
- Create a new record and set the fee type to 'no compensations'
- Close out the record with the 'wrong' fee type.
- Notate what transpired in the notes of both the closed record as well as the new record created.
