I am attempting to create a contract in the system but am not seeing the correct HCP/HCO in the system to select.
Why don't I see the HCP/HCO I want to add to a contract?
Answer -
In order for an HCP/HCO = (HCE) to be available for selection within the contracts module, it will be necessary to create a qualification record for the HCE first.
Any EM Client Admin or Qualifications Business Owner can create qualifications records from your HCE customer master. Once created and approved through workflow, this HCE will be available for contract within the system.
