Can one Needs assessment cover multiple function areas? and how are exceptions to this process handled?
Answer -
One Needs Assessment can cover only one functional area.
However, since a functional area has multiple different activities, you could use one Need for both, say
T1: Customer Training and Education: in-person activities, and
T3: Third Party Event "Advertisements and Displays", other related items.
There are no exceptions to the Needs Assessment process. If the business team has not created a “need”, there will be no way to then create the specific engagement tying back to that need.
