Question -
Where/how do I find records I previously created in Engagement Manager without searching by the ID?
Answer -
When you create a record within any module of Engagement Manager, you will be listed as the owner/requester of that record moving forward - unless an admin manually reassigns this record to a new owner.
To locate records in which you are the owner, simply navigate to the search page of the module in question, then filter on the owner filter here and select your name:
