EM - Login - Differences Between Environments

What are the differences between the IMP and PROD environments?

Answer -

The IMP environment or 'Implementation' site, is used to conduct tests and review any concerns or requests without impacting the production environment.

The Implementation environment can be reached at login.imp.medispend.com, then select the Engagement Manager button.

If you are accessing the system through SSO, you may reach this environment directly at login.em.imp.medispend.com

*Please note*

   The 2 environments have separate versions of your login; you could choose to have 2 different passwords behind the same single email address.

Password resets requests for the IMP environment must be submitted to [e-mail]

The PROD environment or 'Production' site, is for regular use of the software. This is the 'real' environment and no testing of solutions should be conducted in PROD without first performing the same task on IMP.

The Production environment can be reached at login.medispend.com, then select the Engagement Manager button.

If you are accessing the system through SSO, you may reach this environment directly at login.em.medispend.com

Password resets on PROD can be done from the main login page at login.medispend.com or performed manually by a client admin within your system.
