Why don't I see a record in my task list?
When will I see records populated in my task list(s)?
Answer -
Records appear in your task list when a record is pending action by you. Depending on the step within the workflow and your responsibilities - you may see items appearing in your task list(s) at various times.
If you are the Requester of a record, you may see it appear in your task list when the record is returned to requester or left in an open state awaiting further action by you, the requester.
If you are a reviewer or a member of a committee you may see a record appear in your task list when it has been assigned to you or the committee you are part of. Typically this means you need to review and approve the record - assigning it to another individual or group within your organization.
If you are not seeing records within your task queue, it is likely that it has been assigned to a committee you are not part of or it is in a stage within your workflow process which requires a different member of your team to review - such as a compliance or finance reviewer for instance.
