Is it possible to create a user with read-only access?
Answer -
Yes!
To limit a user to Read-only access perform the following steps:
-Go to Tools > Users, Groups and Permissions
-If you are creating a new user, you will want to fill out the editor section with all of the applicable information. (First Name, Last Name, Email address, Security profile (user no edit)
-For additional information on user configurations, See the Create/Edit User FAQ
If you are editing an existing user
-Scroll down to the user in the user list
-Select the Pencil icon to edit the user account
-Remove the existing security profiles on the user account
-Select Security Profile Name = User no Edit
-This user will be able to view most data in the system but will not be able to make any edits to the data being reviewed.
