Question -
I have performed a password reset on my user account and am still getting a wrong UN/PW error when I try to log in. Why?
Answer -
Issue might be due to the user copy/pasting the temp password from the password reset email or attempting to user the temporary password more than once.
User should perform the following steps to log in successfully:
- Go to new MediSpend platform URL login.medispend.com
Select the Forgot Password link on the log in screen. - Upon receipt of system generated password reset email, return to login.medispend.com
- Enter UN
- Type (do not copy/paste the temporary password you were provided. Or if you do cut/paste, make sure to delete any extra spaces added in the pw field)
- Select Log In
Once the user has logged in successfully, they will be prompted to create a new password in the system. Please also note, you may have accidentally reset your password on the wrong environment. Please ensure your password reset is done at login.medispend.com and that your subsequent login attempt is performed at the same URL.
