How do I Create A Past Due Task Reminder?

Users with Client Admin permissions are able to create past due task alert e-mails by following these steps:
1. Navigate to Tools / Resolution Center Configure
2. Select 'Reminders'
3. On the Reminder Editor Page, populate values:
- Frequency: [Automated]
- Reminder Type: [select from drop down options - High, Medium, Low priority, All Tasks, etc...]
- Short Description: [i.e. Past Due Certification Task]
- Reminder Title: [enter desired reminder email subject line, i.e. Your Task is Past Due]
- Reminder Body: [enter desired reminder email content]
- Send Days Before Due Date:
[enter a negative notification value based on desired number of days after the task due date. For example, if an incomplete task due date is on the 1st day of the month, and past due reminder should generate within 2 days after past due date, enter number of days value as -2]
4. Select 'Save Reminder'
