Resolution Center: 'Covered Recipient is not a Principal Investigator or identified as a Participant'

Question - 

In our Resolution Center we have a clinical trial record error - "Covered Recipient is not a Principal Investigator or identified as a Participant" - what does this mean?

Answer and Corrective Action:

This error indicates the CR attached to the spend transaction isn't configured as a participant of the clinical trial to which the spend is attached. You will want to review the spend records individually and/or the clinical trial module(for subscribed clients), and make the necessary updates to your trial.

Once the CR is attached to the clinical trial, the error will be addressed. You will want to ensure you have the correct CR listed on the spend, and that the reference clinical trial has the correct participants and PI's listed.
