ST - Active and Inactive spend

Question - 

How do I find Active and Inactive spend records in the system?

Answer -

'Search Spend' under the 'Spend Tracking' drop down will allow you to search and export records from the system. When you do a regular export from the spend export page, the results will include all active spend in the system.

When you attempt to use the search spend feature however, the search automatically defaults to 'active only' spend, but you can toggle this to also show you inactive spend.

If you are attempting to locate deactivated spend - you may do so through the search spend feature using the filters on the search page like so:

Select the 'Deactivated?' drop down and select either Active, Inactive, or both - you can then export the results to review all entries in the system meeting your search criteria.
