MA Reporting: MA Company ID Missing

Question -

Why am I getting an error regarding a missing MA Company ID when I attempt to generate my MA reports?

Answer -

The MA DPH assigns a unique Company ID to each company who submits an initial compliance form and fee to DPH. This ID is 6 characters and starts with a “CC” prefix followed by 4 digits. MA provides this ID at registration.

To get your company ID it will be necessary to reach out to the state of MA - their email is:

To resolve this Resolution Center error:

1. Navigate to the users groups and permissions page within the tools menu

2. Select the Organization/Group editor tab and select the view/edit option next to your organization. This will allow you to edit the data listed for your organization and add a MA Company ID

3. Once complete, Save the change.

Once this is added, regenerate the report to have the validation error go away.
