Spend Tracking: Spend Owner

Question -

 

In the General Payments template, to what is the “Spend Owner” referring?

 

Is that the person who made the spend or the person reporting? 

 

Answer -

 

'Spend Owner' is the MediSpend user who owns the transaction. This setting drives permissions for working the record within the system.

Spend Owner will default to the person loading the spend transaction into the system - unless the  data provided lists a different user email as the owner of the transaction.
