Question -
I imported a transaction but have since found it is incorrect.
How do I delete this record?
Answer -
Spend records cannot be deleted from the system unless they are currently listed within the resolution center, however spend can be deactivated.

If you view/edit the spend record in question - at the top of the page is a 'deactivate' option which will remove this spend from the list of active spend in the system.

All of the default reports (search and reporting tab) will exclude those spends going forward. If you want to review spend which has been deactivated, you can search for only deactivated spend via the Search Spend page.
