Must all Resolution Center Records be Resolved in Order to Submit Data?
Answer -
We strongly suggest reviewing and resolving all items identified within your resolution center prior to submission however some errors CAN be ignored.
- SPEND ISSUES: If there are spend issues for records from within the reporting period, those will automatically be excluded from the report. Resolve all spend issues prior to reporting to avoid under-reporting.
- CR ISSUES: Pay close attention to any issues where there are missing credentials or tax ID numbers as those help dictate if a record makes it to the report.
