Question -
Why does the total number of spend or CR issues listed in my dashboard not match the total listed in the resolution center?
OR
Why am I unable to see all of the spend or CR issues?
Answer -
When you first review the resolution center, the system by default selects a search filter of 'Critical Only'. This displays only those issues marked as "critical". Users have the ability to expand the search by turning this filter off.

The Resolution center is also limited to the first 1000 errors noted in your system to improve performance of the module. If you are searching within the Resolution Center and unable to locate a specific error, we suggest exporting the CR or Spend issues from the resolution center using the blue button at the top of the page.
