Resolution Center: 'Ignore CR / Modify CR' Function

Question -

Does MS 'User' role have ability to ignore records assigned to them? Is this restricted to client admin role or available functionality for all user roles?

Answer -

'Users' can ignore issues as they have the correct user security profiles to permit the modification of covered recipients. This can be noted by the security profile page which lists access restrictions in a grid as seen below:

If you were looking to give a individual read only privileges, the 'User No Edit' profile will allow for such access.
