What does the status of "Delinquent" mean for the Covered Recipients Issues in the Resolution Center
Answer -
The Resolution Center will often identify a CR issue which needs to be reviewed and addressed by a member of your team. If you have assigned a CR issue to a particular user to resolve MediSpend will associate a time limit for the user to resolve the issue before becoming delinquent.
Any CR issue which has remained unresolved for more than 90 days since the record was first assigned will be marked as delinquent.
