QUESTION -
Why is there data missing from the Report Preview page?
MediSpend does not display all the records under Report Preview in the Review Report section. It only displays a small number of our records when we have a lot more on the report. Why is this case?
ANSWER -
When reports are generated they are processed in segments – each server takes a segment of your data for processing and then creates the reports. The PREVIEW page will only show you records which were listed within the first segment of data processed. This is normal and as per design to optimize performance.
To review all of your records, download the Exclusion, Jurisdiction, and Validation reports to review the data in its entirety.
