Question -
How do I see all of the spend issues accounted for in the resolution center?
I am a Spend Admin and when I see my resolution center dashboard it shows there are thousands of spend issues in the system; however when I review the spend issues resolution center I cannot see any spend issues listed, or I dont see any where near as many as the count shows.
Answer -
Try Exporting the spend issues to see all of your spend issues.
1 - Check your filters, by default the results will show critical issues or for cr issues, those with spend attached. Try deselecting a blue filter on the right hand side. This may help get you more results.
2. Check your user configuration or have an admin do this for you. You will want to confirm that the "self only" value is set to NO, Confirm that the user security profile listed is correct, and confirm that the Company/Group selected is correct as well.
If spend is entered for a company/group you do not have access to, you may see the RC issues reflected in your RC issue count. Exporting the spend issues will let you identify these records.
3. UI limits - the system will limit the issues visible in the UI to the first 1000 records processed.
Try Exporting the spend issues to see all of your spend issues.
